A Spot is a right to be a resident in the network, not a title to a building. Nobody buys a home here, and nobody owns the land. It is held for the people living on it. A centre is sixteen homes: eight placed with residents as Spots, eight kept by the community, and the eight placed Spots pay for the whole centre. A Spot comes with a size of home, never a particular house.
Nobody holds the land or the buildings as their own. They are held for the people living there, and nothing distributes anything to any person.
Your residency is to the network. Different centres, different character, the same right to be there.
How a centre runs is settled by agreements the residents actually consented to, not by a landlord and not by a committee nobody elected.

Each is sixteen homes in natural materials such as bamboo and aircrete, with a restaurant at the heart, a pool, edible gardens, a gym, event space and co-working. Sites have also been scouted in Bali, Baja Mexico and Brazil. Concept drawings; final plans follow the site.

The project plan describes the build, the holding and the agreements in full. There is no return in it and nothing to resell. Figures in both documents come from the SHUR project plan workbook, September 2026; final prices follow the final site and build.
Residents are chosen on whether the fit is real, not against a scorecard, so there is no pass and no fail. There is no count of places, no deadline and no date: the first centre is built about six months to two years after the land is secured and ready to build on.
